Return Policy?

Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to info(at) within 3 days upon receiving your order. When you receive your order, you have up to 3 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. Once you inform us about the return and we issue an RMA Number, a return is approved for a refund or an exchange (both subject to approval). If an item is returned for a full refund at customer's request, we will charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost (which will be on customer's end).

Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the address given at the time of return along with a note containing your RMA number.

When will I get the refund after I returned goods?

After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within seven working days, if there are no further problems pertaining to the items received.
