The MD-600D 3D Printer is a powerful professional-grade 3D printer with a printing size of up to 600mm cube. Featuring its high-temperature 350 degrees hotend dual extruder and innovative rapid printing capabilities, it is designed to quickly print large industrial parts with complex structures using industrial-grade materials. Equipped with numerous innovative processes and already achieving mass production, it has become the top choice globally within this size range and price range.

The series also includes the MD-400D model with the IDEX system and the dual-extruder MD-1000 representing solutions with basically the same functionality but different build volumes reflected in the names. For fast and smooth operation, Mingda has developed a proprietary high-performance 64-bit motherboard powered by the 6-core CPU. It ensures fast processing of data and rapid completion of 3D printing tasks. With 32Gb of memory, one can quickly store, export, and print large files with ease.

To provide a reliable and comfortable experience, the MD-600D is equipped with multiple useful features, such as a built-in filament detector, smart print resume function, flexible PEI build plate, advanced dual cooling system, camera for remote monitoring, Wi-Fi support, efficient air filtration, silent operation, and open material system, making the choice of filaments literally unlimited. In terms of software, the model supports Cura, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, and some other programs.

The Mingda MD-600D can produce high-quality detailed parts with a smooth surface finish. Due to its dual-extruder design, the machine is capable of printing with easy-to-remove and soluble support materials and can effectively build complex models with overhangs, bridges, and hollow structures.

Last but not least, the printer has a powerful dual cooling system with an aerodynamic air duct design that ensures quick and complete cooling of each layer at high speeds. This offers exceptional molding accuracy as well as reduced risks of stringing and warping.

The Mingda MD-600D is equipped with a dual-gear direct extruder that gives it a unique ability to handle flexible filaments. Moreover, the machine is built to accommodate both high-temperature and common hotends. The maximum temperature of the basic hotend can reach 250 °C, supporting popular materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and others.

Thanks to the all-metal hotend and hardened steel nozzle capable of heating up to 350°C, the MD-600D model can reliably print with a wide range of engineering and composite filaments, including PET-carbon fiber, PET-glass fiber, Nylon carbon fiber, Nylon glass fiber, and more, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the printed parts. There is no need to replace the hotend when switching between different material types. Furthermore, the dual-extruder structure enables multi-color and multi-material printing with support filaments, such as S-Multi, S-HtPA, PVA, etc.

The Mingda MD-600D also works with such popular slicing software as OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, and an optimized fork of Cura. Mingda Cura is an easy-to-use program with multiple handy features and user-friendly interface providing a simplified printing experience. With the Expert UI mode available, it allows for greater control of printing parameters on all Mingda large-format 3D printers. Featuring an integrated estimation engine, the slicer gives accurate printing time and material use predictions for unmatched planning and productivity. As one of the fastest and most precise slicers on the market, this cutting-edge software is optimized for industrial part slicing to make for rapid, hassle-free FDM printing. Plus, it comes with the tested presets for all Mingda-compatible materials.
